CONCEPT

The problem

A creator with a loyal audience was being paid in product and exposure, and burning out on reshoots.

Brands saw a follower count. Nobody saw the three days of work behind each reel.

Our scope

  • Rate card
  • Negotiation
  • Contract review
  • Monthly content plans
  • Trend alerts

The audience insight

The brand sees line items. The creator gets paid for days. A good rate card translates one into the other.

Strategic decisions

  1. Price the days

Rates were built from shoot days, revision rounds and usage, not followers.

  2. Barter as a top-up

Product could sit on top of a fee, never replace it.

  3. Fewer, better deals

We turned down mismatched brands to protect the audience's trust.

The brief we were given, and the creative we made. Drag to compare.

Initial brief

We will send the product and share your post.

Final creative

A fee for two days of production, one revision round, 30 days of usage, product as a top-up.

What we made

  • Rate card
  • Negotiation templates
  • Monthly idea plans
  • In-month trend alerts

Outcomes

This is a concept, so there are no client results to show. It shows how we would think about a brief like this.

A concept: how we would approach this kind of brief. It is not client work. Our scope on this work: rate card, negotiation, contract review, monthly content plans, trend alerts.

What we learned

Representation is mostly saying no on someone's behalf, kindly and early.

hard to forget.

Brands and creators both. Tell us what you want people to remember, and we will tell you honestly if we are the right fit.
