CONCEPT

The problem

Every label launches in the festive window. Most launches are a single loud post that is gone by the weekend.

Shoppers browse for weeks before Diwali and buy in days. The launch had to be present for both moments.

Our scope

  • Launch narrative
  • Shoot direction
  • Creator seeding
  • Paid amplification of proven posts

The audience insight

People pick festive outfits with their family group chat. The content had to be easy to forward.

Strategic decisions

  1. Three acts

Tease the fabric, reveal the collection, then let creators wear it to real occasions.

  2. Paid behind proof

Budget only went behind posts that had already earned saves organically.

  3. Forwardable formats

Carousels designed as lookbooks people could send to a cousin.

The brief we were given, and the creative we made. Drag to compare.

Initial brief

Launch reel with all twelve styles and the discount.

Final creative

A two-week story: fabric close-ups, a reveal film, then creators at real pujas and weddings.

What we made

  • Teaser films
  • Collection reveal
  • Creator occasion edits
  • Lookbook carousels
  • Paid cuts

Outcomes

This is a concept, so there are no client results to show. It shows how we would think about a brief like this.

A concept: how we would approach this kind of brief. It is not client work. Our scope on this work: launch narrative, shoot direction, creator seeding, paid amplification of proven posts.

What we learned

A launch is not a moment. It is a short season, and each week needs its own job.
